missingWrote a review on Oct 25welcoming atmospherepoor cleanlinessnoise insulation
Welcoming atmosphere with excellent breakfast options.
During my stay, the cleanliness in my room was not up to standard, as I found hair that didn't belong to me, and upon reporting it, the manager deflected responsibility. the sound insulation was poor. I was frequently woken up by guests making noise in the hallway. Lastly, there wasn't a desk or chair in my room due to its small size, which made working a challenge.

I stayed in a Twin Room for 2 nights, and it was super comfy! The bed felt great after a day of exploring Newcastle. The room was clean and had really good water pressure in the shower, which was refreshing. I noticed some minor issues with clutter near the corner. Still, Steve was so welcoming and offered great breakfast options each morning, which made up for it!

The shower took its sweet time warming up—really tests your patience! You’d think it was in a competition for the slowest shower in history.
